Douglas Linz MD, MS, Corporate Health Medical Director

Dr. Linz graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1977. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at the University of Michigan in 1980, and a residency and master's degree program in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Cincinnati in 1989. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Occupational and Environmental Medicine and is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio. Prior to coming to TriHealth, Dr. Linz directed the University of Cincinnati's Occupational and Environmental Medicine Clinic and Residency Training Program.

Since 1998, Dr. Linz has served as Medical Director for TriHealth Corporate Health and as Medical Director for TriHealth's Employee Health Program, with responsibility for TriHealth's more than 10,000 employees. Clinically, he is responsible for TriHealth's Executive Health Program.

Jeffrey Davin MD, Regional Medical Director

Dr. Davin is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine. He served as the Facility Medical Director at Bethesda Care Blue Ash from 1987 to 2009. Currently, Dr. Davin is a Regional Medical Director for TriHealth Occupational Medicine. He is a member of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Disability Evaluators’ Panel. Dr. Davin is also a Volunteer Associate Professor for the University of Cincinnati for residents in the Occupational Medicine program, and he teaches residents for the Bethesda Family Practice Residency.

James Keller MD, MS, Regional Medical Director

Dr. Keller is Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine and is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and Kentucky. From 2001 to 2009, he served as Medical Director for Bethesda Care Sharonville. Currently, Dr. Keller is a Regional Medical Director for TriHealth Occupational Medicine. He is a member of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Disability Evaluators’ Panel and in this capacity regularly addresses complex cases for the BWC. He is also interested in return-to-work issues for non-work-related as well as work-related injury and illness.

Chuc Le MD, Regional Medical Director

Dr. Le is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Prior to joining Bethesda Care Occupational Medicine in 1997, Dr. Le worked at Bethesda Group Practice. Dr. Le has served as Medical Director for Bethesda Care Eastgate from 2001 to 2009. Currently, Dr. Le is a Regional Medical Director for TriHealth Occupational Medicine. He is a member of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Disability Evaluators’ Panel.

Jeffrey Schuler MD, Medical Director

Dr. Schuler is Board Certified in Preventive/Occupational Medicine. He has been with Good Samaritan Hospital Occupational Medicine Center since 1989. He currently serves as Medical Director for Good Samaritan Occupational Medicine. In addition, he provides care in TriHealth's Executive Health Program and Employee Health Department. Dr. Schuler specializes in corporate medical consulting, OSHA compliance, medical surveillance, biological monitoring, hospital/healthcare worker employee health, and international travel.

Herman Hobohm MD, Associate Medical Director

Currently, Dr. Hobohm is Associate Medical Director at Bethesda Care Sharonville. He also serves as Medical Director for two manufacturing plants within the greater Cincinnati area. He has experience in General Surgery and Emergency Medicine. Between 1996 and 1998, Dr. Hobohm was the Medical Director for TriHealth's Warren County Emergency Department. In addition, Dr. Hobohm served as medical director for a woman's residential drug treatment program and has provided medical services as a Cincinnati Reds' Stadium Physician. Dr. Hobohm is a long-standing member of the teaching staff at Bethesda Hospital.

James Johnson DO, Staff Physician

Dr. Johnson is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Currently, Dr. Johnson is a staff physician for all TriHealth Occupational Medicine Centers. He has extensive experience, including medical leadership, at various locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area in occupational medicine.

Anne Like MD, MS, Staff Physician

Dr. Like is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Preventive Medicine and completed a Fellowship in Occupational Environmental Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. She has been affiliated with the University of Cincinnati, on staff at the University Health Services since 1995, and has been involved with teaching/training residents in Occupational Medicine as Volunteer Assistant Professor. She also serves on staff at TriHealth in the Good Samaritan Hospital Occupational Medicine Center, Employee Health, and Executive Health. She has expertise in travel medicine and women's health issues.

Robert Gallagher, Physician Assistant

Robert is a Physician Assistant at TriHealth Occupational Medicine. Prior to joining TriHealth, he served as a surgical Physician Assistant at Good Samaritan Hospital and the Mercy Hospitals of Southwestern Ohio, and as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Hamilton Fire Department. He completed his Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant and licensed to practice in Ohio.

Lynn Tyrer, Physician Assistant

Lynn has worked as a Physician Assistant at TriHealth Occupational Medicine since 2005. Prior to coming to TriHealth, she helped pioneer the physician assistant profession in the United Kingdom as part of a National Health System pilot project and worked in England as a family practice physician assistant. Lynn graduated from Indiana University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The Medical College of Ohio in 2001. She is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant licensed to practice medicine in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky and occupational therapy in Ohio.

Deborah Wiater, Physician Assistant

Deborah has worked as a Physician Assistant with TriHealth since 2004 and has extensive clinical experience in Occupational Medicine. She holds a Master’s degree in Education. She is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and Kentucky.

Jeff Trees, Certified Nurse Practitioner

Jeff has worked as a Nurse Practitioner at TriHealth Occupational Medicine since 2005. Jeff has over 25 years experience working in the TriHealth emergency departments. He has been the Center Supervisor for Bethesda Care Norwood and Bethesda Care Butler County. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is licensed as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in the State of Ohio. He is also a Certified EMT – Basic in the state of Ohio, and he is a member of the Medical Assistance Team with the Cincinnati Chapter Red Cross.

Karen L. Smith, Physician Assistant

Karen has worked as a Physician Assistant at TriHealth Occupational Medicine since 2009. Karen graduated from The Ohio State University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She received her certificate of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2006 and her Master’s of Physician Assistant studies from The University of Nebraska in 2009. She is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and Kentucky and licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Ohio. She has her ACLS certification and is an active volunteer with hospice services. She continues to enjoy working as an occupational therapist part time in addition to her full time PA career.

Molly Sedmak, Physician Assistant

Molly has been a Physician Assistant since 2000. Prior to joining TriHealth Occupational Medicine, she practiced rural family practice in the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky for six years, as well as orthopedic trauma and emergency medicine. She also holds a Master’s of Science degree and is a licensed medical technologist and histology technologist bringing her experience in the medical field to over 30 years. As a Physician Assistant, she has also been involved in multiple international medical mission trips.
