How long has the SHARE Occupational Health Program been in business and what types of companies and organizations utilize the program?
The SHARE program has been in existence since 1985. Our client companies range in size from 40 to several thousand employees and include professional services, manufacturing and many other business environments. Most of our clients have been with us for more than five years and several for 10 or more years.
What other benefits come with SHARE?
Your SHARE nurse works under the direct supervision of a knowledgeable and experienced occupational health management team, with additional direction from our Medical Director, Dr. Douglas Linz, who is board certified in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine. Your nurse also integrates services and has a close working relationship with other TriHealth Corporate Health products and programs: our seven Occupational Medicine Centers and their staff; TriHealth's ergonomic and Work Capacity programs, CONCERN employee assistance program and work/life balance experts; wellness and fitness program specialists; TriHealth Women's Health and Integrative Health and Medicine; and the TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion, a medically-oriented fitness center.
What if our company cannot afford a full-time nurse?
Regardless of your company size and budget, we can design a program and staffing model to fit your needs, using flexible scheduling and/or shift coverage.
Will I get a different nurse every week or month?
No. We recruit, interview, hire, train, and orient the nurse to your organization, employees, and company culture. We develop your SHARE program based on an assessment of your specific needs and preferences.
What if our needs change due to economic conditions (expansion or cutbacks)?
Nurse hours can be increased or decreased as needs change. We work with you as partners, adjusting via flexible schedules and temporary cutbacks.
What happens if my regular SHARE nurse gets sick or is on vacation?
The SHARE program provides coverage for your nurse during illness, vacation or family emergency. SHARE maintains a staff of qualified occupational health nurses for these needs.
